I am a passionate & engaging International Business Development Consultant, Coach, Facilitator and Speaker, who helps Food businesses to scale their brands profitably.

I have 20+ years blue-chip FMCG Brand Marketing, Category & Sales experience, spanning both Retail and Food Service

My career began in 1999 as a Nestlé UK Marketing Graduate. Throughout the early years, I worked in Marketing, Sales and Category roles on household brands such as Buitoni Pasta, Cadbury’s Drinking Chocolate, Sveltesse yogurt and Branston Pickle.

As Managing Director of one of the original food-brand start-up successes abroad – Gü Chocolate Puds France – and as a key member of the CHOBANI UK launch team

– I’ve learned from both the ups and downs across all aspects of international food business development.

Thanks to this rich experience, I can draw from personal experience to help your company to overcome many of the common pitfalls that scaling food brands come up against.

In recent years, my business has evolved to focus primarily on developing the people and processes that underpin transformational growth. As a Food Business Strategy Consultant and Coach, as well as one of The Irish Food Board’s (Bord Bia) key Business Mentors on their many accelerator programmes, I have had the opportunity to help well over 150 food businesses since 2010.
